I’m Andy Dai, CTO and co-founder at Codeer.ai, where we’re building a no-code AI Agent platform.
Every day I write code, make product decisions, and figure out where AI actually helps — and where it doesn’t. This blog is where I share those lessons.
What I write about
- AI Tool Reviews — Evaluating tools from a builder’s perspective. Not benchmarks, but real decisions: what worked, what didn’t, and why.
- Engineering Team × AI — How AI changes the way teams build software. Workflows, code review, and the human side of adoption.
- Startup Builder’s Log — Tech choices, product traps, and things I learned the hard way at Codeer.
My take
Most AI content tells you what to use. I’d rather help you figure out whether to use it.
I’m skeptical by default — not because AI isn’t useful, but because adopting it without asking the right questions first is how teams waste months instead of saving them.
